We run a series of one day 'bite sized' learning events each year. These events are geared for those who run voluntary youth groups. For example, we deliver briefing sessions on: Child Protection; Health & Safety; Activity Tool Bag Events; Circus Skills; and on the Youth Achievement Awards.

These events are FREE to members. Non-members can access any of the events planned this year for one off of fee £15. This fee is renewable annually if you wish to attend in the future.

We offer a range of youth work training courses throughout the year for network members and those interested in working with young peole.

LYA is an accredited centre with the Awarding Body Consortium (ABC) and has been awarded scheme approval for the delivery of the: CERTIFICATE IN YOUTH WORK, a recognised national qualification at Level 2; and the DIPLOMA IN YOUTH WORK, a recoginised national qualification at Level 3.
